Looking for a dining companion

We need good meals all the time but we only need one EXTRAORDINARY meal a year.

Well, at least that’s my justification to pay up to RM300 for the 7 course degustation menu at Third Floor.   Having Tetsuya as one of his previous employers, it is not fair to expect Ken Hoh to have similar style.  Though the believe of using the best ever ingredients for clear flavours are both chefs’ philosophy.

Third Floor highlights seasonal produce of the best quality from any corner of the globe.  In December last year, I had an amazing meal with white truffles – on fried eggs and also with plain pasta.

I’ve been hooked on degustation menu ever since dining at Tetsuya’s last year.
