Knäckebrot mit Kräuter Quark

Quark

I had always seen one of my coursemate, M, tear open her pack of quark and dipped vegetables during lunch break. Quark is a soft curd cheese similar ricotta and cottage cheese and is common in Germany.

Now, as my snack around the apartment, Quark spread over Knäckebrot, a crispy bread eaten like a cracker. I’ll have to say goodbye now to goreng pisang and roti canai for fun.
