Lunch Break | The Bearnaise Attempt

A late morning pit stop at the local market, an earlier conversation over the Pilates Reformer about how it is not that easy to make bearnaise sauce successfully and some saliva glands overreacting to the thoughts of a juicy steak resulted in this spur of the moment lunch.

Medium rare ribeye steak with homemade (with success!) bearnaise sauce and if I didn’t have to head back to teach, a glass of red wine would have made it perfect.
